Google keywords subtitles

Hello.

I was just wondering if it is an embedded code require within each page for the following action to occur.

I basically want my website to sub link categories for example:

On google when BBC is typed, BBC's first result shows pages as sublinks;
Football
Sport
iPlayer
Weather News
Business
Radio
On TV

How do I go about this so google will refine this as a standard search option for my website?
